Former West Point cadet Caleb T. Suh has been sued after pleading guilty to assault for secretly drugging his pregnant girlfriend with a sedative-laced protein shake and administering abortion pills while she was incapacitated, causing a miscarriage. The woman, also a cadet, filed a civil complaint in New York seeking damages. Suh later graduated from Cornell and enrolled in a Columbia public-health program; he awaits sentencing.
