NHIA SUSPENDS NINE HOSPITALS AND ORDERS OVER ₦14.2 MILLION IN REFUNDS TO PATIENTS
Nigeria's National Health Insurance Authority has suspended nine healthcare facilities, issued 368 warning letters and refunded more than ₦14.2 million to affected health insurance enrollees after resolving 3,878 complaints. Inspection teams have also been deployed to monitor compliance with patient protection rules.
