US GOVERNMENT MOVES TO KEEP PARTS OF TINUBU FBI AND DEA RECORDS SECRET AS COURT BATTLE INTENSIFIES
The US government is asking a federal judge to uphold the FBI and DEA's decision to withhold or redact portions of historical law-enforcement records sought in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit involving Nigerian President Bola Tinubu. The government argues that the protected material includes grand-jury information, confidential sources, investigative techniques and private information.
